Every one of our rentals starts and ends in the same place: the Príncipe Pío shopping centre, in Moncloa-Aravaca, next to the transport interchange. That is a deliberate choice: a single point lets us inspect every car properly before and after each rental. In exchange, we do not bring the vehicle to your address and we have no airport desk.
P.º de la Florida, 2, 28008 Madrid. We are in the Príncipe Pío shopping centre, in the Moncloa-Aravaca district, next to the interchange of the same name.
We open from 10:00 to 20:00, and those are the hours for collection and for drop-off alike. Outside them there are no handovers: we do not leave keys in lockboxes or at hotel receptions.
From terminal T4 the Cercanías C-1 runs direct to Príncipe Pío station, with no connections. When you come out of the station you are already at the interchange, and the shopping centre is the same building.
We have no desk at any Barajas terminal, and we neither collect nor deliver cars at the airport. If you land outside our opening hours, the sensible thing is to start the rental the following day rather than pay for a day you could not use.
Príncipe Pío is one of the city's major interchanges: metro, commuter rail and both urban and intercity buses all meet there. From the centre it is a few minutes by metro, and any line stopping at Príncipe Pío leaves you at the door of the shopping centre.
If you are coming by taxi or private hire, the reference to give is «Centro Comercial Príncipe Pío, Paseo de la Florida».
Madrid's two main railway stations connect to Príncipe Pío by commuter rail and by metro. If you arrive on a high-speed train with luggage, the commuter train is usually the easier option: you change inside the station itself and get off at the interchange.
First, the documents: a valid DNI (Spanish national identity card) and your driving licence. Then the two cards in your name — credit or debit — one for the rental and one for the deposit. For people carriers and vans a single card is enough, covering both. For people carriers and vans a single card is enough, used for both the rental and the deposit.
The deposit is set up at that moment. For rentals of seven days or less it is blocked on the card without being charged; for longer rentals it is charged and returned when the drop-off is closed.
Finally, the inspection: we walk around the car with you and photograph its condition, the fuel level and the mileage. Those photographs are the reference the car is compared against on its return, which is why they are taken in front of you and not afterwards.
The car comes back to the same point and within the same hours, 10:00 to 20:00, and in person too: the photographic inspection is repeated and we check the fuel, the mileage and any outstanding traffic fines.
The car is handed over clean and with a full tank, and that is how it should come back. Fines that arrive later are passed on at their amount, with no handling fee added on our side.
There is no delivery to your home or hotel, no desk at Barajas and no chauffeur service. One collection and drop-off point, staffed in person.
No. The handover is done in person, with an inspection of the vehicle and the signing of the contract, so it follows the opening hours of the collection point. If your flight or train arrives later, it is better to start the rental the next morning.
We have no desk at Barajas. From terminal T4 the Cercanías C-1 runs direct to Príncipe Pío, which is where the car is handed over.
No. We work from a single collection and drop-off point, so the car comes back to Príncipe Pío. There are no returns at third-party offices or partner car parks either.
Yes, because the deposit is set up at the moment of handover. This is what we check: A valid DNI (Spanish national identity card) · A valid driving licence, with the seniority the booked car requires · Two cards in your name: one for the rental and one for the deposit (one card is enough for people carriers and vans)
